This is a community-edited page. Authoring groups are invited to enter and update their information for the benefit of musicians and labels who want to put their music into Rock Band.
Harmonix does not endorse or recommend authoring groups. The companies here are not affiliated with Harmonix.
What is an authoring group?
Many organizations (ranging in size from dozens of people to highly enthusiastic individuals) have sprung up to assist musicians and labels with putting music into the Rock Band Network. Collectively, we refer to these organizations as "authoring groups" or "authoring companies". You can learn more about being an authoring group at our FAQ.
Active Authoring Groups
Active authoring groups are defined as groups that a) have published at least one song and b) have been active on creators.rockband.com within the last 6 months (this includes submitting new songs, playtesting and peer reviewing other people's songs, and participating in discussions.)

A note from Rock Band Relief: Rock Band Relief is a charity fundraising initiative launched in May 2010 by RBN author, DJ Gryph, in response to the major flooding disaster in Nashville, Tennessee. This program enables bands to have their RBN authoring and testing fees waived in exchange for agreeing to have a portion of their song's proceeds donated to the American Red Cross to support the city's long-term recovery effort. New charitable beneficiaries will soon be available for bands to raise money for.
